The Role

TimelyCare is seeking a Vice President of Brand Strategy to define, scale, and operationalize a category-leading brand at the intersection of education and healthcare.

This leader will architect TimelyCare’s market narrative across Higher Education and K-12 while building the creative engine that fuels inbound demand, supports outbound campaigns, and ensures brand consistency across complex institutional buyers and end-user audiences.

The VP of Brand Strategy leads brand, creative, content, PR, social, and marketing project management. This role partners closely with Revenue Marketing (including digital marketing) and Product Marketing. This is a strategic and operational leadership role requiring both market vision and disciplined execution.

What You’ll Do

Category & Market Narrative Leadership

  • Define and evolve TimelyCare’s positioning as the clinically accountable virtual care partner built specifically for education.

  • Architect a cohesive brand system that spans Higher Education and K-12 while maintaining a unified master brand.

  • Shape differentiated messaging for:

    • Complex Higher Education buying committees (cabinet-level leaders, counseling centers, student affairs, student success)

    • K-12 district leadership, including superintendents, program directors, and principals

  • Translate product innovation — including emerging AI-enabled solutions — into clear, compelling market narratives.

  • Lead media strategy and proactive storytelling to strengthen reputation and category authority.

Demand Creation & Campaign Creative

  • Own the demand creation narrative that fuels inbound growth and strengthens market awareness.

  • Partner with Revenue Marketing on integrated campaigns: Revenue defines campaign strategy and target accounts; Brand leads creative concepts, messaging frameworks, and asset development.

  • Develop breakthrough creative for outbound and ABM campaigns while ensuring brand consistency.

  • Establish clear brand performance metrics tied to awareness, engagement, and marketing-influenced pipeline.

Multi-Audience Brand & Adoption Strategy

  • Lead creative strategy and asset development for institutional buyers across Higher Education and K-12.

  • Develop student-facing creative and collateral to support institutional adoption and drive utilization within Higher Education.

  • Develop parent- and family-facing creative to support awareness and trust in K-12 environments.

  • Ensure messaging resonates appropriately across executive decision-makers and end users without fragmenting the brand.

Brand Operations & Creative Governance

  • Lead creative, content, PR, social, and marketing project management functions.

  • Establish disciplined intake, prioritization, and production workflows to ensure high-quality, on-time execution.

  • Define clear operating rhythms and collaboration models with Revenue Marketing and Product Marketing.

  • Oversee agency relationships and brand budget stewardship.

  • Implement responsible AI use across brand and content workflows to enhance efficiency and creative velocity.

Self-Care Content Oversight

  • Provide strategic oversight of self-care content production embedded within the TimelyCare platform.

  • Ensure alignment with brand standards, clinical integrity, and audience relevance.

  • Partner with Clinical and Product teams to maintain quality and consistency.

What You Bring

  • 15+ years of experience in brand strategy, communications, or category positioning, with executive leadership experience.

  • Proven ability to shape market narratives in healthcare, education, SaaS, or similarly complex industries.

  • Experience building scalable creative operations, not just campaigns.

  • Demonstrated ability to support revenue growth through disciplined demand creation.

  • Strong executive presence and cross-functional influence.

  • Exceptional storytelling ability grounded in strategic clarity and operational rigor.
